Steward's Report
Unsurpassed was slow to begin.
Bomber's Demon turned it's head outwards on the first turn and underwent a post–race veterinary examination – no apparent injury was reported. Stewards spoke to Mr Geoffrey Green regarding Bomber's Demon’s racing manners on the first turn. Acting under the provisions of GAR 124, Bomber's Demon was charged with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment. Mr Green pleaded guilty to the charge. Bomber's Demon was found guilty and suspended for 28 days at Warragul and must perform a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 127, and pursuant to GAR 132, before any future nomination will be accepted.
