Steward's Report
Due to operational difficulties during kenneling this event was rescheduled to 3.00pm - originally scheduled for 2.39pm.
A pre–race sample was taken from Pretty Panama.
Awesome Jade, Bindy Boo and Gayle Bale were quick to begin. Pretty Panama was slow to begin.
Shiny Buckle raced wide first turn and took no competitive part, underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was re–examined following race 3, no apparent injury was reported.
Stewards spoke to trainer Mr T Boehmke regarding Shiny Buckle’s overall performance throughout the event. After hearing submissions from Mr T Boehmke, viewing the available race footage and acting on their observations, Stewards deemed the performance of Shiny Buckle unsatisfactory. Shiny Buckle must perform a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 129, and pursuant to GAR 132, before any future nomination will be accepted.
