Steward's Report
A pre-race sample was taken from Aston Jacinta.
Aston Jacinta, Hurricane Sophie and Thunder Rolls were slow to begin. My Girl Foxy was very slow to begin (4 lengths).
Hurricane Sophie faltered and subsequently tailed off, underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have a left sartorius muscle injury. A 14 day stand down period was imposed.
My Girl Foxy turned in the boxes, underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have left foreleg shin soreness. A 10 day stand down period was imposed. My Girl Foxy took no competitive part in the race and was placed on a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 106(1) and pursuant to GAR 132.
There was no head-on vision in the home straight.
