Steward's Report
Mr. M. Faulkner was fined $50 for failing to ensure the registration card was produced for Ritza Dale, pursuant to GAR 88.
Quest For Magic was quick to begin. Literally was very slow to begin (10L).
Literally underwent a post–race veterinary examination – no apparent injury was reported. Stewards spoke to Mr C Baker regarding the performance of Literally (boxing behaviour). After hearing submissions from Mr Baker, viewing the available race footage and acting on their observations, Stewards deemed the boxing manners of Literally unsatisfactory and must perform a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 129, and pursuant to GAR 132, before any future nomination will be accepted.
A post–race sample was taken from Quest For Magic – the winner of the event.
