Steward's Report
Failure to Kennel Greyhound by Appointed Time – LR 39.1 Mr M Bewley failed to kennel Going Gets Tough by the appointed kennelling time. A fine of $50 was issued pursuant to LR 39.1.
Selynya Blue was quick to begin. Bay Tudor and Like A Lorry were slow to begin.
Splits To Burn - faltered and pulled up first turn, underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have a right gracilis injury and a torn nail of the right hind. A 21 day stand down period was imposed.
Following the running of this event, Stewards inspected the track on the first tun and deemed it satisfactory for racing.
