Taina Bale was quick to begin. Zipping Coops, Cromis, Lektra Bartel and Pretty Bale were slow to begin. Hawk Tana and Black Illusion collided soon after the start, approaching the first turn and again on the first turn checking Black Illusion and Vernon Bale. Black Illusion and Pretty Bale collided approaching the second turn. Zipping Coops checked off Hawk Tana on the second turn. Black Illusion and Pretty Bale collided in the back straight. Black Illusion, Vernon Bale and Pretty Bale collided on the third turn checking Black Illusion and Pretty Bale and causing Cromis and Lektra Bartel to race wide; Pretty Bale contacted the running rail as a result.
