Steward's Report
Denis The Menace – Late scratching at 2.10pm on the advice of the On–Track Veterinarian (GAR 92) due to a split webbing. A 14 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards spoke to Trainer Mr D. Petersen regarding the circumstances of the late scratching. Mr Petersen advised that he first became aware of the injury when he was empting the greyhound on track, Stewards noted Mr Petersen explanation.
Grumpy Grange – Late scratching at 2.22pm due to weight variation (GAR 101). A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Trainer Ms D. Vigor fined $100.
Sugar Boloney - New declared weight of 30.5kgs, last raced at 31.8kgs.
Crime Thriller was quick to begin.
