Steward's Report
Aston Malle – Late scratching at 9:21AM when Ms Aimee Drew reported the greyhound to have Diarrhoea (GAR 76). A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards will require a veterinary certificate pursuant to GAR 19(3)(w) before any future nominations will be accepted. Stewards interviewed Mr Dustin Drew, the representative of Aston Malle in relation to the bona fides of the withdrawal from this race. Stewards noted the comments.
A pre–race sample was taken from Max Power.
Stewards reminded Mr Shane Jack of his responsibilities regarding compliance to the GRV Dress Code in accordance with GAR 156(w).
Astra Bale was quick to begin. Max Power, Superb and Duo Glide were slow to begin.
