Steward's Report
Dr Phil, Montane and Zelemar Storm were slow to begin. Zelemar Storm galloped on the heels of Swift Jaraig soon after the start. Montane and Swift Jaraig collided approaching the first turn, checking Montane. Dr Peekaboo and Dr Phil collided on the first turn, checking Dr Peekaboo. Bronco De Jurer and Dr Peekaboo collided on the first turn, severely checking Bronco De Jurer and Swift Jaraig. Zelemar Storm checked off Shout Out Loud on the home turn.
Stewards spoke to trainer, Mr A. Taylor regarding the direction that the greyhound Montane be boxed first. Acting under GAR 52(2) Stewards directed that this box first be removed.
