Scunitza Speed was quick to begin. Doing Chewing and Foot Candy were slow to begin. Bertie Jakit, Ima Lonely Boy and Starbright Tara collided soon after the start checking Bertie Jakit. Bertie Jakit and Starbright Tara collided approaching the first turn checking Starbright Tara. Foot Candy checked off Ima Lonely Boy on the first turn severley checking Bertie Jakit and Urban Rock Star.

Urban Rock Star was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.

Be My Love was slow to begin. Banga Speed, Tangible, True Genius, Little Ralphy and Coffee Otis collided soon after the start checking True Genius and Little Ralphy. Tangible and Coffee Otis collided approaching the first turn,. Coffee Otis checked off Be My Love on the first turn. Little Ralphy contacted the running rail approaching the home turn.

Presto Destini and Rapid Boy collided soon after the start. Destini Gold and Amlin Girl collided on the first turn. Rapid Boy, Presto Destini, Cool Mikado and Reap The Benefit collided on the first turn checking Presto Destini. Cool Mikado and Rapid Roy collided approaching the second turn. Destini Gold and Why Julie collided on the second turn severely checking Why Julie which fell and checked Reap The Benefit, Cool Mikado, Presto Destini and Rapid Roy.

Kerser and Pocket Kings were quick to begin. Pollos Hermanos, Looming Large and Ceejay Whim were slow to begin. In This Way and Spreading Rumors collided on the first turn checking Spreading Rumors. Spreading Rumors contacted the running rail approaching the second turn and lost ground as a result. Looming Large checked off In This Way on the second turn. Ceejay Whim checked off Spreading Rumors on the third turn.

Spreading Rumors was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found. 

Ceejay Whim was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a left shoulder strain and a right pectoral injury. A stand down period of 10 days was imposed.

Praise Chorus and Velo Galore approaching the first turn checking Velo Galore. Waymore's Blues, Jake's A Devil and Premier Magpie collided on the first turn checking Jake's A Devil and Waymore's Blues. Velo Galore and Jake's A Devil raced wide in the home straight.

Skyfire checked off Mr. Jachary approaching the home turn checking Bar No Blue and Vintage Warrior. Bar No Blue and Mr. Jachary collided approaching the winning post checking Mr. Jachary.

Run Angel Run was a late scratching at 2:45pm on the advice of the Club’s Veterinary Surgeon due to illness. A 3 day stand down period was imposed. 

Central Road and Firecette collided soon after the start. Clay Bird and Acola Ebony collided on the first turn checking Acola Ebony which collided with Central Road. Lady Deedee and Clay Bird collided on the second turn. Acola Ebony checked off Firecette on the home turn and in the home straight. Vintage Daicos raced wide entering the home straight.

Long Sigh was quick to begin. Hot Whirl was slow to begin. Kunis and Lethal Three collided soon after the start checking Lethal Three. Kunis checked off Mumma Hook on the first turn. Hot Whirl, Reality Girl, Kunis and Jess' Fantasy collided entering the front straight checking Kunis. Hot Whirl, Jess' Fantasy and Sparkeen collided approaching the second turn checking Sparkeen. Reality Girl and Lethal Three collided on the second turn checking Lethal Three. Kunis checked off Sparkeen approaching the home turn. Long Sigh and Mumma Hook collided in the home straight checking Hot Whirl. Lethal Three checked off Reality Girl in the home straight.

Polished Steel was a late scratching at 3:15pm  due to weight variation (GAR 39). A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Trainer Mr. A. Craven was fined the sum of $100.

Didda Joe was slow to begin. Didda Joe and Boolite Bruiser collided soon after the start. Navaho and Young Hawke collided approaching the first turn checking Young Hawke. Boolite Bruiser checked off Snapper's Mate on the second turn. Snapper's Mate and Pedro's Runaway collided on the home turn.

Crosscheck was quick to begin. Woleebee Lad, Starbright and Claretown Tex  were slow to begin. King Odessa, Woleebee Lad, Crosscheck, Starbright and Bonnie's Revenge collided approaching the first turn checking all five greyhounds. Woleebee Lad galloped on the heels of King Odessa on the first turn checking Crosscheck and Starbright. Crosscheck checked off Miss Morton Park approaching the home turn checking Claretown Tex. Starbright checked off Woleebee Lad on the home turn. Crosscheck raced wide on the home turn and in the home straight. King Odessa and Starbright collided approaching the winning post.

Midnight Flynn was slow to begin. Final Bid and Ninja Kong collided soon after the start. Usain Buzza and Cose Drom collided approaching the first turn checking Usain Buzza. Cose Drom and Ninja Kong collided approaching the first turn checking Belena Lad and Usain Buzza and severely checking Ninja Kong and Final Bid. Cose Drom and Aussie Heritage collided entering the home straight checking Midnight Flynn and severely checking Aussie Heritage.
