A pre-race sample was taken from Aston Rozee.
Tribute Bale, Blackpool Balade and Aston Rozee were slow to begin.
Midori Splice was severely checked and fell on the first turn, underwent a post–race veterinary examination – no apparent injury was reported.
Tribute Bale (marred Midior Splice) underwent a post–race veterinary examination – no apparent injury was reported. Stewards spoke to Mr Luke Harris regarding Tribute Bale's racing manners approaching the first turn. Acting under the provisions of GAR 123 Tribute Bale was charged with marring. Mr Harris pled not guilty to the charge, Tribute Bale was found guilty and suspended for three months at all tracks and must perform two satisfactory trials in accordance with GAR 127, and pursuant to GAR 132, before any future nomination will be accepted.
Aston Rozee (marred Blackpool Diva) underwent a post–race veterinary examination – no apparent injury was reported. Stewards spoke to representative Mr Darrell Leathan regarding Aston Rozee’s racing manners in the home straight. Acting under the provisions of GAR 123 Aston Rozee was charged with marring. Mr Leathan pled guilty to the charge, Aston Rozee was found guilty and suspended for 28 days at all tracks and must perform a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 127, and pursuant to GAR 132, before any future nomination will be accepted.
