A post–race sample was taken from General Payton – the winner of the event.
Sheila Sazs (frequency of racing), underwent a post-race veterinary examination - no apparent injury was reported.
Stewards spoke to trainer, Mr. Corey Fulford (via telephone) after they left the course today without Stewards permission and without having the greyhound vetted following the event. Stewards issued Mr. Fulford with a warning pursuant to GAR 94(2).
There was no head-on vision in the back straight for this event.
