Steward's Report
Ms Catherine Roberts failed to present the greyhound Nyssa's Girl to Stewards in the appointed kenneling time. Stewards extended kenneling time and a fine of $50 was issued, pursuant to LRR 39.
A pre–race sample was taken from Zipping Winslet.
Nyssa's Girl and Floppy Roo were quick to begin. Zipping Winslet was slow to begin.
Zipping Winslet faltered soon after the start and subsequently tailed off, underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have left calf injury. A 60 day stand down period was imposed.
