Tiger Blurton – Acting on a confirmed telephone call with Kennel Representative Mr. Mathew Tabb, the greyhound was declared a late scratching at 8:02am due to diarrhoea. A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards will require a veterinary certificate pursuant to GAR 19(3)(w) before any future nominations will be accepted.
A pre-race sample was taken from Fascinate Candy.
Joffa's Liberty and Smoking Sophie were slow to begin.
