With A Beer was quick to begin. Highlands Donna and November Ice were slow to begin and collided soon after the start. Plum Happy and Pirate Arcade collided on the first turn. Download galloped on the heels of With A Beer on the first turn, checking Wicked Unit, Pirate Arcade, Download and November Ice and causing Plum Happy and With A Beer to fall.
Plum Happy was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained soreness to both hips, right stopper and sore toes, a 14 day stand down period was imposed.
