Steward's Report
Back Moo Moo (eased in the back straight) underwent a post-race veterinary examination and after being revetted after Race 10, was found to be injured in the left triangle muscle. A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards spoke to Representative - Mr. D. Petersen regarding the racing manners of Back Moo Moo in the back straight. Acting under the provisions of GAR 125,Back Moo Moo was charged with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment (by reason of injury). Mr. D. Petersen pleaded not guilty to the charge. Back Moo Moo was found guilty and must perform a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 125, and pursuant to GAR 132, before any future nomination will be accepted
