Dr. Fraya was quick to begin. Ethan's Thunder was slow to begin.
Magic Mist faltered turning off the back straight and lost ground, underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right back muscle injury. A 10 day stand down period was imposed.
A post-race sample was taken from Striker - the winner of the event.
