Steward's Report
Slingshot Jasper, Ultimate and Mixed Dozen were quick to begin.
Ultimate raced unbalanced in the home straight.
Slingshot Jasper - checked soon after the start and lost ground, underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have a right gracillis and left deltoid injuries. A 21 day stand down period was imposed.
Stewards spoke to Mr G George regarding the racing manners of Ultimate in the home straight. After hearing submissions from Mr G George, viewing the available race footage and having their own observations, Stewards took no further action.
