Stewards spoke to Ms. Carly Absalom regarding Tudor Folk’s racing manners in the home straight. Acting under the provisions of GAR 124 Tudor Folk was charged with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment. Ms Absalom pled not guilty to the charge, Tudor Folk was found guilty and suspended for 28 days at Sale and must perform a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 127, and pursuant to GAR 132, before any future nomination will be accepted.

Florey Bale collided with Dr. Rodrigo on the first turn and was severely checked, underwent a post–race veterinary examination – no apparent injury was reported.

Elmo Rose collided with Dr. Rodrigo and Hurricane Harry on the first turn, severely checked and fell, underwent a post–race veterinary examination – no apparent injury was reported.
