Steward's Report
Acting in accordance with the GRV Lightning and Thunderstorm Safety Procedure, racing was suspended at 1:19pm due to continuous lightning strikes within the designated safety zone around the Healesville club. Due to safety concerns the meeting was delayed by 57 minutes and races re–scheduled accordingly.
Prior to the running of this event, Stewards inspected the track following heavy rainfall in the area and were satisfied it was satisfactory for racing.
ThIs event was rescheduled to 14:15.
A pre-race sample was taken from Hardaway Gwennie.
Superior Thunder and Jax Flash were slow to begin.
