Steward's Report
Matt's Hope was quick to begin. Gave ground over the concluding stages, underwent a post–race veterinary examination – no apparent injury was reported. When questioned into the performance of the greyhound, Mr. Klemke advised Stewards that he expected the greyhound to begin quickly and put in a strong performance. Mr. Klemke added that the greyhound can on occasion fail to see out the 480m however, would be better off from tonight's event going forward.
Money Owes was checked at the first turn and underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to havean injured left back muscle. A 60 day stand down period was imposed.
Post–race samples were taken from Pandero Warrior (1st), Matt's Hope (2nd).
A post–race sample was taken from Got No Bro – placed 6th in the event.
