Steward's Report
A pre–race sample was taken from Carry On Jack.
Carry On Jack was quick to begin. Sunny Love and Jesse's Shout were slow to begin.
Jesse's Shout underwent a post–race veterinary examination – no apparent injury was reported. Stewards spoke to trainer Mr. Kevin Tirchett regarding Jesse's Shout's racing manners in the home straight. Acting under the provisions of GAR 123 Jesse's Shout was charged with marring. Mr. Tirchett pled guilty to the charge, Jesse's Shout was found guilty and suspended for three month's at all tracks and must perform two Satisfactory Trial's in accordance with GAR 127, and pursuant to GAR 132, before any future nomination will be accepted.
