Tobin Frost was slow to begin.
Warringah Bale raced wide throughout.
Barnsy was severely checked and fell on the first turn, underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have shin sorness to the lefthind leg. A 5 day stand down period was imposed.
Levitation faltered and subsequently tailed off in the back straight. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right hock fracture. A 90 day stand down period was imposed.
A post-race sample was taken from Hippogriff - the winner of the event.
The track was inspected post-race and deemed suitable for racing.
