Nicky Mustang was slow to begin.
King Of Glory lost ground over the concluding stages of the event, underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right deltoid injury. A 7 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards spoke to Ms Kaylah Thorburn regarding King of Glory's performance over the concluding stages. In accordance with GAR 122, the Stewards requested Ms Thorburn to report as soon as practicable anything that may have affected the running of King of Glory in the event, which was not noted by Stewards during or immediately after the event.
