Steward's Report
A pre–race sample was taken from Savannah Riot.
Savannah Riot was slow to begin.
Ludo Bagman marred Minter Redeem on the home turn, underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a left monkey muscle and left pencil muscle injuries. A 21 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards spoke to Trainer Mr. Ian Cockerell regarding Ludo Bagman's racing manners on the home turn. Acting under the provisions of GAR 123, Ludo Bagman was charged with marring. Mr. Cockerell pled not guilty to the charge. Ludo Bagman was found guilty and suspended for 28 days at Sandown and must perform a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 127, and pursuant to GAR 132, before any future nomination will be accepted.
