Steward's Report
Wheel And Go and McIvor Roxy were quick to begin.
Trenzalore underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have lacerations to the right shoulder. No stand down period was imposed. Stewards spoke to Trainer Darren Fisher regarding Trenzalore’s racing manners aproaching the home turn. Acting under the provisions of GAR 125, Trenzalore was charged with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment (by reason of injury). Mr Fisher pleaded guilty to the charge. Trenzalore must perform a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 125, and pursuant to GAR 132, before any future nomination will be accepted.
A post-race sample was taken from Wheel And Go - the winner of the event.
