Steward's Report
Leggero was quick to begin. Buzz Out and Jacquinot Jet were slow to begin.
Leggero lost ground in the home straight, underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right-fore carpal sprain. A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards spoke to trainer Mr. Stephen Brincat who advised that Leggero may now be sent for an extended spell. Mr. Brincat believes a spell may have a positive impact on the greyhound's form going forward.
