Bobby McGee - checked first turn, underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have a right tricep muscle inury and a laceration near the left dew claw. A 14 day stand down period was imposed.
Dr.Ronald - lame post race, underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have a left tricep muscle inury. A 10 day stand down period was imposed.
A post–race sample was taken from Dr. Ronald – the winner of the event.
Due to a technical malfunction there was no home straight head on vision available for this event.
