Two Face and Big Bash Jess were quick to begin.
Two Face turned its head to the outside and visibly eased in the home straight. Two Face underwent a post-race veterinary examination - no apparent injury was reported. Trainer Nicole Lund declined the option to have the greyhound re-vetted. Stewards spoke to Nicole Lund regarding Two Face’s racing manners in the home straight. Acting under the provisions of GAR 124 Two Face was charged with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment. Ms Lund pled guilty to the charge, Two Face was found guilty and suspended for 28 days at Traralgon and must perform a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 127, and pursuant to GAR 132, before any future nomination will be accepted.
