Steward's Report
The start of this event was delayed by approximately one and a half minutes to allow for a water pump beside the boxes to cease operation.
Zigzag Cabang and Superior Specter were slow to begin.
Hadouken lost ground over the concluding stages of the event, underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have injuries to the right back muscle and right hamstring. A 10 day stand down period was imposed.
A post-race sample was taken from Fascinate Aussie (1st) and Master Ogilvie (2nd).
