Our Millions and Roofer were slow to begin.
Archie Gumballs crossed to the rails approaching the first turn checking Why Not Sam. Alohomora and Our Millions collided approaching the first turn. Perfect Flash and Master Boots collided on the first turn. Chuffed crossed to the outside on the first turn checking Chuffed and Our Millions. Master Boots checked off Why Not Sam approaching the home turn. Master Boots galloped on the heels of Perfect Flash approaching the home turn checking Chuffed Alohomora and Roofer and severely checking Our Millions and Perfect Flash, Perfect Flash stumbled as a result.
Perfect Flash was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to the right thigh muscle and lacerations to the right metatarsal. A 14 day stand down period was imposed.
