Hummingbird Hana - Brushed Running Rail, underwent a post-race veterinary examination, and was found to have right shin soreness.  A 5 day stand down period was imposed.

Code Blue - Under performed, underwent a post-race veterinary examination, and was found to have left and right chest muscles, left and right shin soreness, right quadriceps, right triangle and right groin injuries.  A 14 day stand down period was imposed. 

What Gambo - Slow to Being.

Rothwell Elzinga - Brushed the running rail and raced erratically in the home straight, underwent a post-race veterinary examination, and was found to have split webbing to the left front foot and a left groin injury.  A 10 day stand down period was imposed. 

Rothwell Random - A post-race sample was taken, the winner of the Event.

Chase the Magic - Was checked approaching the first turn, underwent a post-race veterinary examination. Right and left quadriceps, right and left chest muscle injuries were found, a stand down period of 10 days was imposed. Stewards spoke to trainer Mr. Mark Giddings regarding the greyhound's racing manners approaching the first turn. After taking into account the injuries sustained by the greyhound, Stewards took no further action.

Stewards have opened and adjourned an inquiry into an incident involving licensed persons Mrs. T. Deglaitis and Mr. D. Sharp in the kennel block prior to the start of this event.

Suvla Bay - Faltered on the first turn, underwent a post-race veterinary examination, and was found to have a left back muscle injury.  A 60 day stand down period was imposed.
