Zipping Slade and Don't Argue Love collided approaching the home turn. Joffa's Liberty and Rocky Strike collided entering the home straight checking both greyhounds.
Mepunga Royal underwent a post race veterinary examination at the trainer's request and was found to have a suspected right carpal wrist fracture. A 60 day stand down period was imposed.
