Dr. Taylor and Sunset Magic were slow to begin. Froffies went up with the lids at box rise and was slow to begin. Dyna Prankster checked off Minnie Whirl approaching the first turn checking Jemima Charm. Minnie Whirl, Dyna Prankster and Jemima Charm collided on the first turn causing Dyna Prankster to fall, severely checking Minnie Whirl, Froffies raced wide as a result. Sunset Magic and Jemima Charm collided on the home turn. Dr. Taylor and High Aim collided entering the home straight. Sunset Magic and Jemima Charm collided entering the home straight.
Froffies was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained lacerations to the forehead, a 7 day stand down period was imposed.
