Okay Bronson and Myrniong Blue collided approaching the second turn. Okay Bronson and Mariachi collided on the second turn checking both greyhounds. Mariachi galloped on the heels of Myrniong Blue on the second turn severely checking Myrniong Blue. Okay Bronson checked off Mariachi approaching the home turn and collided with McIvor Roxy, severely checking Okay Bronson and McIvor Roxy. Okay Bronson and Hijack Heist collided approaching the home turn, on the home turn and several times in the home straight severely checking both greyhounds.

Okay Bronson underwent a post-race veterinary examination - no apparent injury was reported. 

Myrniong Blue underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have an injury to the left groin and shin soreness.  A 7 day stand down period was imposed.

Stewards spoke to Mr. Robert Walsh regarding the racing manners of Okay Bronson approaching the second turn.  After hearing evidence from Mr. Walsh, viewing all the available race footage and acting on their observations, Stewards took no further action.

Major China and Bullying collided soon after the start checking Bullying. Major China and Bullying collided on the first trn. East Street checked off Peacock approaching the home turn. Kraken Attila and Peacock collided on the home turn checking Kraken Attila.

Rocket Power – Late scratching at 13:41 due to non–arrival (GAR 31).  A 28 day stand down period was imposed.  Mr Darren Irby informed Stewards that he had a vehicle breakdown on–route to the track.  Stewards advised Mr Irby that evidence of the breakdown will need to be submitted, to the satisfaction of Stewards, within 48 hours of the occurrence that caused the non–arrival.  The matter will be re–evaluated upon receipt of this evidence. 

A pre-race sample was taken from Two Up Tommy.

Two Up Tommy, Speedy Muffin and Mikado Gal collided soon after the start, on the first turn and approaching the home turn checking Speedy Muffin and Mikado Girl and severely checking Two Up Tommy.

McIvor Jack and Slippery Swan collided approaching the winning post checking Slippery Swan.

Two Up Tommy underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have an injury to the right pencil/whip muscle and shin soreness.  A  21 day stand down period was imposed.

Supplementary Report - 30.3.22:  The 28 day stand down was removed from Rocket Power following the production of a tow truck receipt as proof of a car breakdown to the satisfaction of the Stewards.
