All persons attending today undertook successful health screenings, wore facemasks, checked in, observed social distance requirements, and provided satisfactory evidence of double vaccination or exemption under the State Government’s mandatory vaccination directions (as of 26 November 2021) that in-turn, permitted entry to the venue.
Magic To Burn – Late scratching at 9:54am when Ms M. Berry reported the greyhound to have a leg injury (GAR 23). A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards will require a veterinary certificate pursuant to GAR 20(3)(v) before any future nomination will be accepted.
Unleaded Diesel and Formosa's Boy collided on the first turn checking Formosa's Boy. Unleaded Diesel, Formosa's Boy and Mystify Princess collided on the first turn checking Formosa's Boy. Mystify Princess and Unleaded Diesel collided approaching the home turn.
Formosa's Boy underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have left chest injury. A 7 day stand down period was imposed.
