The start of this event was re-scheduled to 9.15pm.
Piece Of Heaven was slow to begin. Joe’s Entity was very slow to begin (4 lengths). Knuckles Galore, Joe’s Entity and I’m The Sandman collided at the 200 metres checking I’m The Sandman. Annabelle Rocks checked off Aqua’s Hope entering the home straight. Annabelle Rocks and Audacious Flame collided approaching the winning post. Joe’s Entity and Knuckles Galore collided approaching the winning post.
I’m The Sandman underwent a post race veterinary examination and was found to have an injured right deltoid muscle. A 5 day stand down period was imposed.
