Argyle Bella - Late scratching at 7.23am when Mr Raymond Morgan reported the greyhound to have soreness (GAR 23). A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards will require a veterinary certificate pursuant to GAR 20(3)(v) before any future nomination will be accepted.
Maddingley Magic was quick to begin. Jumping Jack and Roxy Quaker collided soon after the start. One Hombre and Jumping Jack collided approaching the second turn checking Jumping Jack. Roxy Quaker, Florentino and Eileen Jay collided on the second turn. Jumping Jack and Ready To Lunch collided approaching the home turn checking Jumping Jack.
