Steward's Report
A pre-race sample was taken from High Plain.
High Plain, Kaheem Bale and I'm The Greatest were slow to begin and collided soon after the start checking Kaheem Bale which lost ground. High Plain crossed out at the 250m mark. Aston Nino checked off Persian Goddess approaching the 200m mark. Hot Tzarina crossed out at the 150m mark and collided with Aston Nino checking Aston Nino.
Hot Tzarina underwent a post-race veterinary examination - no apparent injury was reported.
Kaheem Bale underwent a post-race veterinary examination following race 11 and was found to have soreness to both wrists, no stand down period was imposed. Stewards spoke to representative Ms Deborah White, who declined the option to have the greyhound re-vetted, regarding its performance in this event. Stewards deemed the performance unsatisfactory, acting in accordance with GAR 71, Kaheem Bale must perform a Satisfactory Trial pursuant to GAR 72, before any future nomination will be accepted.
