Queen Kathleen was quick to begin.  Mt. View Redgie was slow to begin.  Yahoo Serious and Clay Feet collided soon after the start. Mt. View Redgie and Satanic Mikado collided approaching the first turn.  Queen Kathleen and Off And Gone collided on the first turn.  Satanic Mikado and Mt. View Moon collided on the home turn.  Mt View Redgie raced wide in the home straight.

Aqua Blaze - Late scratching at 6.26pm due to weight variation (GAR 39). A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Trainer, Paula Calafiore was fined $100.

Mt. View Burner was slow to begin.  Sweet Sorrow raced wide entering the home straight and in the home straight.  Elswyk Sky and Oscar Rose collided approaching the winning post.

Stewards spoke to Mr. E. Prazza, the representative for Aqua Blaze and issued him with a warning regarding his late arrival on course to kennel the greyhound pursuant to GAR 31

Like A Skyrocket was quick to begin.  Grayden was slow to begin.  Classy Edition, Shimmering Satin, Weeona Evie and Elswyk Jordy collided on the first turn severely checking Classy Edition.  Elswyk Jordy and Weeona Evie collided approaching the home turn and again on the home turn.  Like A Skyrocket and Aston Amigo crossed out and collided entering the home straight.

Aston Lights - New declared weight of 26.4kg, last raced at 27.7kg.

Elswyk Rocky was checked off Elswyk Shadow soon after the start.  Party Doll galloped on Aston Lights on the first turn.  Elswyk Shadow galloped on Party Doll and Hurricane Miss on the first turn causing Party Doll and Hurricane Miss to fall.  Elswyk Rocky and Dr. Bronet raced wide in the home straight and collided several times approaching the winning post.

Hurricane Miss underwent a post race veterinary examination and was found to have an injured right triangle muscle.  A 7 day stand down period was imposed.

Party Doll underwent a post race veterinary examination and no apparent injury was reported.

Dr. Bronte underwent a post race veterinary examination and was found to have a sand toe on the left front foot and left hind foot.  A 3 day stand down period was imposed.

Get Around Me was quick to begin.  Mussa Jack was slow to begin.  Get Around Me and Bowie collided approaching the first turn.  Gold Tie Bob galloped on Get Around Me on the first turn causing Get Around Me to collide with All To Mac, severely checking both greyhounds.  Bowie and Mussa Jack collided entering the home straight.  Connor Man raced wide in the home straight.

Judge Hook and Aston Resort collided approaching the home turn.  Reggae Mikado raced wide in the home straight.  

Mr. J. Dean was issued with a warning regarding the use of a mobile phone in the kennelling area in accordance with GAR 44.

A post race sample was taken from Pack Of Jokers - winner of the event.

Tribal, Dr. Lynch and William Rose collided on the first turn.  William Rose and Dr. Lynch collided on the home turn.  Andy Time galloped on Parabellum entering the home straight.  Remember Jimmy raced wide in the home straight.

Done Time was quick to begin.  Ancho Poblano and Flying Viper were slow to begin.  Loz’s Bling and Flying Viper collided on the first turn checking Loz’s Bling.  Loz’s Bling and Ancho Poblano collided on the first turn.  Flying Viper and Mandalorian collided on the home turn.  Done Time was checked off Hazey Roy entering the home straight.  Ancho Poblano faltered in the home straight. Mandalorian and Done Time collided approaching the winning post.

Ancho Poblano underwent a post race veterinary examination and was found to have a fractured/dislocated left wrist.  A 28 day stand down period was imposed.

Flying Viper underwent a post race veterinary examination following an incident after the winning post and was found to have a fractured left scapula.  A 60 day stand down period was imposed.

Flying Silk was checked off Nathan Ryder on the first turn.  Nathan Ryder raced wide in the home straight.

Got Him Yes and Pickett were quick to begin.  Pete and Got Him Yes collided approaching the first turn severely checking Pete.  Got Him Yes and Pickett collided several times on the home turn. Got Him Yes and Pickett collided several times approaching the winning post.

Lucero was slow to begin.  Mikado Set and Hurricane Miami collided soon after the start and again on the first turn severely checking Hurricane Miami.  Total Babe and Lucero raced wide in the home straight.

An out of competition sample was taken from Bricabrac on 26 May 2021 pursuant to GAR 79A.

A pre-race sample was taken from Panadero Grace.

My Gem and Panadero Grace were quick to begin.  Bricabrac was checked off Jax Flash approaching the first turn.  Jax Flash, Panadero Grace and Hurricane Keely collided on the first turn checking Willow’s Hand and Panadero Grace.  Bricabrac faltered entering the home straight and lost ground.

Bricabrac underwent a post race veterinary examination and was found to have an injured left wrist and right triangle muscle.  A 10 day stand down period was imposed.

Mr. D. McKenzie failed to appear at the kennels by the appointed time to retrieve and prepare Hurricane Keely for racing.  A warning was issued pursuant to GAR 46 (2).
