Tiggerlong Fab and Riverdale Mitch were slow to begin
Zipping Demi underwent a post race veterinary examination, due to being checked on the first turn, and was found to have shin soreness to the right fore and injuries to both hind pencil/whip muscles. A 5 day stand down period was imposed.
Hot Diesel underwent a post race veterinary examination, due to falling approaching the home turn, and was found to have an injury to the lumbo-sacral, left fore shin soreness and right hamstrings. A 3 day stand down period was imposed.
