Mogambo Magic underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have a laceration to the left hindleg toe, left and right foreleg shin soreness.  A seven day stand down period was imposed.

Stewards spoke to Ms Paula Boots regarding the racing manners of Jewel Danae approaching the winning post.  After hearing evidence from Ms Boots, viewing all the available race footage and acting on their observations, a warning was issued regarding the greyhound’s racing manners approaching the winning post.

All Inn Steffi and King Kenny were slow to begin.

Roped In, Redleg Bull Ant and Twilight Harry collided soon after the start.  Hilton Hawk and All Inn Scooby collided approaching the home turn.  Cawbourne Jean raced wide on the home turn.  Cawbourne Jean crossed to the rail entering the home straight, checking Twilight Harry.

Spanish Gold was slow to begin.

Inside Out and Hannah's Tiger collided soon after the start; severely checking Inside Out.  Princess Vegas and Chloe's China collided approaching the first turn.  Hannah's Tiger checked off No Jewels approaching the home turn.  My Name's Lindy, Affair Beauty and Princess Vegas collided on the home turn; checking My Name's Lindy and Princess Vegas; severely checking Affair Beauty, which fell as a result.

Affair Beauty underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have an abrasion to the left hindleg.  No stand down period was imposed.

Road To Cairns was slow to begin.

Fashion Icon and Got One Fernando collided soon after the start.  All Inn Chester, Leo Giblet and College Boy collided approaching the first turn.  Road To Cairns and Leo Giblet collided on the first turn; checking Road To Cairns, Fashion Icon and Straight Shooter.  All Inn Chester raced wide in the home straight.

Road To Cairns underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have a right foreleg shin soreness injury.  A seven day stand down period was imposed.
