Bruce’s Ruslie crossed to the rail on the first turn and collided with Matchbox Lady checking Bruce’s Ruslie, severely checking Matchbox Lady, Shankhill Shandi and Ron’s Hope. Shankhill Shandi and Ron’s Hope collided on the first turn checking both greyhounds, Shankhill Shandi stumbled as a result.  Champaign Dame brushed the running rail on the first turn and collided with Smoke Show checking both greyhounds.

Jam Jam was quick to begin.  Dont Tell Him crossed in approaching the first turn and collided with Triple Cross severely checking Triple Cross and Under His Spell.  Team Staffing was checked off It’s Garrie Time on the first turn.  Don’t Tell Him brushed the running rail on the first turn.  Rooney was checked off It’s Garrie Time approaching the home turn.  Triple Cross crossed out on the home turn and collided several times with Under His Spell checking both greyhounds.

Establishment was slow to begin.  Shen Bree Rose and Sweet Life collided approaching the first turn.  Shen Bree Rose and Dundee Velvet collided on the first turn checking Sweet Life, severely checking Shen Bree Rose and Free Ride.  Shen Bree Rose and Free Ride collided on the home turn.

Addie Attitude was slow to begin.  Catch and Total Babe collided approaching the first turn checking both greyhounds.  Total Babe and Catch collided on the first turn.  Forever and Wild One Mikado collided several times from the first turn to the home turn checking both greyhounds.  Addie Attitude was checked off Wild One Mikado on the home turn.  Wild One Mikado and Forever collided entering the home straight checking Forever.

Busy Time - Late scratching at 4.46pm due to weight variation (GAR 39).  A 10 day stand down period was imposed.  Trainer Mr. John Burch eas fined $100.  

Stewards spoke to Mr. Liu Forte, the trainer of How High Austin regarding his late arrival at the kennels to kennel the greyhound.  Stewards fined Mr. Forte $50 pursuant to GAR 31.

Sir Chappy was slow to begin.  Earn The Answers and How High Austin collided approaching the first turn checking both greyhounds.  Nitroglycerine was checked off How High Austin on the first turn.  Nitroglycerine and Thylacine collided on the first turn.  How High Austin and Thylacine collided on the home turn.  Sir Chappy and Jack’s A Cracker collided in the home straight.

Dancing Cassie was quick to begin.  Speedy Villain was slow to begin.  Lavish Diamond was checked off Dancing Cassie on the first turn.  Second Pick was checked off Lavish Diamond on the first turn.  Elmo Rose and Dancing Cassie collided approaching the home turn checking Dancing Cassie.  Dr. Lynch and Second Pick collided on the home turn checking both greyhounds.  Dancing Cassie and Lavish Diamond collided in the home straight.  Second Pick and Speedy Villain collided in the home straight.
