Steward's Report
All persons attending today undertook successful health screenings, wore facemasks, checked in, observed social distance requirements and provided satisfactory evidence of double vaccination or exemption under the State Government’s mandatory vaccination directions (as of 26 November 2021) that in-turn, permitted entry to the venue.
The Stewards were advised that the outside track was lightly harrowed on 24/02/2022.
Bolter's Grange was slow to begin.
Jimmy Monkey and Curly Tail collided soon after the start. Reiko Clooney and Jimmy Monkey collided approaching the first turn. Midnight Yaala checked off Rocket Rodeo on the first turn checking Jimmy Monkey. Midnight Yaala raced wide on the home turn. Reiko Clooney checked off Bolter's Grange and collided with Rocket Rodeo entering the home straight.
A post-race sample was taken from Bolter's Grange - the winner of the event.
