Cambria Bale and Dollhouse Agogo collided on the second turn checking Story Unfolds.
Story Unfolds underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right triangle injury. A 7 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards spoke to Mr. B. Loft, trainer of Story Unfolds, after the greyhound performed below market expectations. Mr. Loft advised Stewards that whilst he expected a forward showing from the greyhound, he also believed the greyhound’s quote was shorter than it should have been. Mr. Loft further advised Stewards that the greyhound will go for a freshen up prior to the resumption of racing. Stewards took into consideration the greyhound’s injury and the submissions made by Mr. Loft and took no further action.
