Kanji Nano and Blazer Nation collided approaching the first turn. Fabriola Yanis checked off Kanji Olympic entering the home straight. Trending Power and Kanji Olympic collided in the home straight, checking Kanji Olympic.

Coco Tiger underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a left back muscle injury.  A 5 day stand down period was imposed.

Kanji Olympic underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have spike wounds to the right hind & fore leg.  A 3 day stand down period was imposed.

Stewards spoke to Mr. G. Dailly regarding the racing manners of Kanji Olympic in the home straight. After hearing evidence from Mr. Dailly, viewing all the available race footage and acting on their observations, a warning was issued regarding the greyhound’s racing manners in the home straight.

Red On Red went up with the lids on box rise and was slow to begin. Reality Hope was slow to begin.

Reality Hope and Florida Quay collided approaching the first turn checking Reality Hope. Florida Quay galloped on the heels of Loch Terrace entering the home straight checking Loch Terrace. Florida Quay raced wide in the home straight.

Name Me Nelly – Late scratching at 6.30 pm on the advice of the On–Track Veterinarian (GAR 37) due to split webbing to the left hind leg. A 14 day stand down period was imposed.

Merry Lass, Darley Dynamo and Tokyo Ted were quick to begin.

Tokyo Ted and Senor Senor collided soon after the start. Plausible Dream and Aston Shadow collided approaching the first turn. Senor Senor checked off Darley Dynamo on the first turn. Aston Shadow and Tokyo Ted collided on the first turn checking Tokyo Ted. Plausible Dream and Senor Senor collided on the home turn and again entering the home straight. Senor Senor and Tokyo Ted collided in the home straight checking Senor Senor. Plausible Dream and Tokyo Ted collided in the home straight.

Zippy Wiesman and Revolution collided soon after the start checking Revolution. Aston Wonder, Trendy Touchdown and Valeska Bale collided approaching the first turn checking Valeska Bale. Trendy Touchdown checked off Revolution approaching the first turn. Albuquerque checked off Revolution on the first turn checking Joffa's Monaro and Valeska Bale. Revolution checked off Zippy Weisman in the home straight.

Avenger Lass – Late scratching at 12.33 pm when Mr. J. Borg reported the greyhound to have diarrhoea (GAR 23). A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards will require a veterinary certificate pursuant to GAR 20(3)(v) before any future nomination will be accepted. 

Ivy Isobel was slow to begin.

Glamorous Lass and Tan Star collided approaching the first turn. Loretta Bale and Spun Out collided approaching the first turn. Glamorous Lass checked off Tan Star on the first turn. Loretta Bale and Spun Out collided approaching the home turn checking Spun Out. Glamorous Lass, Loretta Bale and Ivy Isobel collided approaching the home turn checking all three greyhounds. Ivy Isobel checked off Glamorous Lass entering the home straight. Tan Star and Aston Profit collided approaching the winning post.

Havilah Kid – New declared weight of 33.8 kg, last raced at 35.4 kg.

Vegas Gangster and Shivers collided approaching the second turn. Cayden Bale raced wide in the home straight.

Happy Ruby was quick to begin. 

Selynya Teddy and Indy Juno collided soon after the start. Spearhead checked off Indy Juno on the first turn. Interrogate and Happy Ruby collided on the first turn checking Happy Ruby. Zipping Zarbo crossed to the rails on the first turn checking Interrogate. Indy Juno raced wide on the home turn. Selynya Teddy and Indy Juno collided in the home straight and again approaching the winning post checking both greyhounds.

Trending Quarter, Oberon Bale and Joffa's Neptune collided approaching the first turn checking Trending Quarter. Joffa's Neptune, Trending Quarter and Flying Hercules collided on the first turn checking Joffa's Neptune. Zippy Volkswagon checked off Joffa's Neptune on the home turn. Joffa's Neptune and Zippy Volkswagon collided approaching the winning post.

Indy Korie – New declared weight of 29.4 kg, last raced at 30.7 kg. 

Simply Slick and Bolt Out were slow to begin.

Blue Chandelier underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have spike wounds to the left fore leg. A 3 day stand down period was imposed.

Aston Artemis was very slow (3L) to begin.

Tillotson checked off Princess Barcia soon after the start. Aston Sabelle and What's Poppin' collided approaching the first turn checking Aston Sabelle. Aston Sabelle raced wide approaching the home turn checking Aston Bale and Aston Artemis.

Hazey Roy, Aston Mireya and Oliver Bale collided on the first turn checking Hazey Roy. Uforo Bale contacted the running rail on the first turn checking Top Faith and severely checking Uforo Bale which fell as a result. Top Faith and Hazey Roy collided approaching the home turn checking Top Faith.

Uforo Bale underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have lacerations to the left hind leg. A 14 day stand down period was imposed.
