Skip's Turn, My Girl Maddi and Mcinerney were slow to begin.

Skip's Turn and Mystical Zendik collided at the 100m mark checking both greyhounds. Into The River crossed out approaching the 50m mark checking Lily Jane. Into The River and My Girl Maddi collided at the 50m mark. Skip's Turn, Mystical Zendik, Into The River and My Girl Maddi collided approaching the winning post.

Comeback Jack was slow to begin.

King Chad and Blazin' Magic collided several times soon after the start to the 150m mark checking both greyhounds. Greysynd Awe and Killshot collided approaching the 200m mark. King Chad checked off Black Sky Limit approaching the 100m mark checking Black Sky Limit. Val Ali and Greysynd Awe collided approaching the winning post. Blazin' Magic crossed out approaching the winning post.

Blazin' Magic underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was re-examined following race 4. Blazin' Magic was found to have a left monkey muscle injury and a right hip injury. A 10 day stand down period was imposed.

Greysynd Awe underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have right quadricep injury.  A 7 day stand down period was imposed.

Ready For Sea – New declared weight of 27.0kg, last raced at 28.5kg.

Aston Orazio and Ally Melba were slow to begin.

Bern's Ability, Nigerian Kaboom, Aston Orazio and Ready For Sea collided soon after the start checking Aston Orazio. Braemar Brianna, Sassenach and Ally Melba collided approaching the 200m mark. Nigerian Kaboom checked off Bern's Ability approaching the 200m mark and crossed to the rail. Nigerian Kaboom checked off Dolly at the 200m mark. Sassenach checked off Braemar Brianna approaching the 100m mark and crossed to the rail. Ally Melba crossed to the rail approaching the winning post causing Aston Orazio to check off Ally Melba.

Mazikeen Smith was slow to begin.

Propelled and Into The Shed collided soon after the start. Nana Pat, Mazikeen Smith and Rip Jazz collided soon after the start checking Mazikeen Smith. Nana Pat, Propelled and Rip Jazz collided approaching the 300m mark checking all three greyhounds. Nana Pat, Rip Jazz and Propelled collided approaching the 250m mark. Nana Pat checked off Rip Jazz at the 250m mark. Nana Pat and Blazer Nation collided at the 200m mark causing Nana Pat to lose ground. Omega Hondo and Exford Norm collided several times approaching the winning post.

Nana Pat underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a left hock sprain. A 7 day stand down period was imposed.

A post-race sample was taken from Propelled - the winner of the event.

Kuta Cowboy – Late scratching at 9:12am due to non–arrival (GAR 31).  A 28 day stand down period was imposed. Mr Clint Leviston informed Stewards that he had a vehicle breakdown on–route to the track. Mr Clint Leviston produced supporting documentation to the Stewards in relation to his vehicle breakdown while on-route to the track.

Jeza You Beauty went up with the lids at box rise and was slow to begin.

Ivy's Bobby and Jeza You Beauty collided approaching the 300m mark. Jeza You Beauty checked off Good Boy Colombo approaching the 250m mark. Good Boy Colombo and Three Bears collided approaching the 200m mark. Moonshine Miss and Ivy's Bobby collided at the 200m mark. Jeza You Beauty checked off Good Boy Colombo approaching the 100m mark.

A post-race sample was taken from Scott Hue - the winner of the event.

A pre-race sample was taken from Blackpool Astro.

Untested, Braemar Wallace and Blackpool Astro were slow to begin.

Braemar Wallace crossed out soon after the start and collided with Blackpool Astro. Braemar Wallace and Blackpool Astro collided approaching the 250m mark. Aussie Secret, He's An Ace, Benchester and Carry On Angel collided approaching the 150m mark checking He's An Ace and Benchester. Blackpool Astro checked off Carry On Angel at the 100m mark.

Two Metre Peter – Late scratching at 7:25am when Mrs Donna Dean reported the greyhound to have diarrhoea (GAR 23). A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards will require a veterinary certificate pursuant to GAR 20(3)(v) before any future nomination will be accepted. 

Scaramouche was slow to begin.

Russian Sub, Scaramouche and Yeah Easy collided soon after the start. Scaramouche and Yeah Easy collided at the 200m mark. King Kaboom and Louie Lou collided at the 200m mark. Concrete Fever stumbled at the 100m mark. King Kaboom checked off Louie Lou at the 100m mark.

Concrete Fever underwent a post-race veterinary examination - no apparent injury was reported. 

A post-race sample was taken from Concrete Fever - the winner of the event.

A pre-race sample was taken from Callum Ari.

Stewards held the all clear on the Judge's numbers of 8-7-6-3  after ducks alighted in front of the field at the 100m mark which appeared to cause both Simon Says (6) and Coolant (8) to baulk.  After reviewing the footage, the Stewards were not satisfied that the incident had no effect on the outcome of the race. As such, this event was declared a "No Race" pursuant to GAR 56 (1). All bets to be refunded. The weights recorded in this race are void and do not count for the purposes of the weight rule. The event was then abandoned with prizemoney to be split evenly between the greyhounds who competed.  

Addie Attitude – Late scratching at 9:14am due to non–arrival (GAR 31).  A 28 day stand down period was imposed. Mr Clint Leviston informed Stewards that he had a vehicle breakdown on–route to the track. Mr Clint Leviston produced supporting documentation to the Stewards in relation to his vehicle breakdown while on-route to the track.

Pretty Much was slow to begin.

Emma Banjo and Nice And Easy collided soon after the start and again approaching the 300m mark severely checking both greyhounds. Pretty Much and Brylee collided several times from the 50m mark to approaching the winning post.

Aston Valkyrie checked off Aston Harlow soon after the start. Alfie Mikado and Caps Lock On collided approaching the 300m mark. Alfie Mikado, Caps Lock On and Mallee Swan collided at the 300m mark and again at the 250m mark. Alfie Mikado checked off Aston Valkyrie at the 150m mark.

Aston Mirage – Late scratching yesterday at 9:34pm due to the greyhound being on season (GAR 24).  A 28 day stand down period was imposed.

Superior Jessica, Rear View Mirror and Hot Diesel collided approaching the 100m mark. Rear View Mirror and Hot Diesel collided approaching the 50m mark.

Zipping Dean underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right deltiod injury. A 14 day stand down period was imposed.
