Steward's Report
Pursuant to GAR 104 (6) Parade,Ms Bree Elston did not act in any official capacity that may have in any way, affected the outcome of this event.
Aston Rosa was quick to begin. Moroka Magic and Lockwood Lad were slow to begin. Curfew checked off Mumma's Bear on the first turn. Lockwood Lad checked off Rose's Honey in the back straight. Curfew checked off Rose's Honey on the second turn; Curfew subsequently faltered and pulled up. Rose's Honey checked off Madalia Brodie entering the home straight.
Curfew underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have multiple metacarpal fractures left foreleg. A 28 day stand down period was imposed.
Following the running of this event, Stewards inspected the track and were satisfied it was satisfactory for racing.
