Aston Sebring was quick to begin.  Dr. Juno and After Affair collided soon after the start checking After Affair.  Dr. Juno, Ocean Beast and Golden Go collided on the first turn checking all three greyhounds.  Dr. Juno raced wide approaching the home turn.  Dr. Juno and After Affair collided approaching the home turn checking After Affair.

Yeva Bale was quick to begin.  Audacious Stell and Ocean Legend were slow to begin.  Winkcup Bale and Aston Tenge collided soon after the start checking Aston Tenge.  Ludgate and Aston Tenge collided approaching the first turn and again on the first turn checking Ludgate.  Winkcup Bale, Audacious Stell and Kiss Me Deadly collided on the first turn.  Winkcup Bale and Kiss Me Deadly collided approaching the home turn checking Kiss Me Deadly.  Winkcup Bale and Aston Tenge collided in the home straight.

Bag Secured and Soda Titan collided soon after the start checking Bag Secured.  Werina Express and Koblenz collided approaching the first turn.  Nikoli Bale and Kraken Candy collided approaching the first turn checking both greyhounds.  Kraken Candy and Soda Titan collided on the first turn checking Kraken Candy.  Bag Secured checked off Kraken Candy on the home turn.  Koblenz and Soda Titan collided approaching the winning post.

Commission was quick to begin.  Where’s Goose, Tiggerlong Rebel, Quick Lomar and Jodie’s Boy collided soon after the start checking Tiggerlong Rebel and Jodie’s Boy.  Quick Lomar and Ashby Swift collided approaching the first turn checking both greyhounds.  Supasonic Romeo and Quick Lomar collided on the first turn checking Quick Lomar.  Quick Lomar and Jodie’s Boy collided approaching the home turn and again on the home turn checking both greyhounds.

Stewards spoke to Mr. Maxwell Auld regarding the racing manners of Quick Lomar on the home turn. After hearing evidence from Mr. Auld, viewing all the available race footage and acting on their observations, Stewards took no further action.

Zachary faltered soon after the start and was slow to begin.  Unathi Bale and People Get Ready collided soon after the start checking People Get Ready.  Aston Merit, Mr. Audacious and Unathi Bale collided approaching the first turn checking Mr. Audacious and Unathi Bale.  Zachary checked off Mr. Audacious on the first turn.  Mr. Audacious, Unathi Bale and People Get Ready collided on the first turn.  Unathi Bale and People Get Ready collided approaching the home turn severely checking Unathi Bale which fell as a result.  Mr. Audacious and Dr. Mumma collided in the home straight.

Unathi Bale underwent a post race veterinary examination and was found to have an injured right deltoid muscle.  A 5 day stand down period was imposed.

Ferocious Rust was quick to begin.  Happy Ruby and Desley collided soon after the start checking Desley.  Happy Ruby and Clips collided approaching the first turn checking both greyhounds.  Desley and Clips collided on the first turn.  Desley and Reiko Langer collided in the home straight.

Bell Burner and Shanlyn Hunter collided soon after the start.  Not Happening brushed the running rail on the first turn.  Bell Burner and Stellar Rising collided on the first turn.  Flaming Rush and Fernando’s Quest collided on the second turn checking Flaming Rush.  Bell Burner and Stellar Rising collided several times in the back straight and again on the third turn checking both greyhounds.  Flaming Rush raced wide in the home straight.

Stewards finalized an inquiry with Mr Adrian Symons (via telephone) regarding a breach of the GRV Heat and Transport policy ( GAR 86 (ag) ) at the Shepparton Meeting on March 3rd 2022. Mr Symons pleaded guilty to the charge and was fined $250.00.
