Nagambie Bale lost ground on the first turn. Crackerjack Suni galloped on Riverdale Goldie on the home turn checking both greyhounds.
A post-race sample was taken from Riverdale Goldie - the winner of the event.
Nagambie Bale underwent a post-race veterinary examination - no apparent injury was reported. Stewards spoke to Trainer Mr C. Grenfell regarding the racing manners of Nagambie Bale on the first turn. After hearing evidence from Mr Grenfell viewing all the available race footage and acting on their observations, a warning was issued.
